Financing
People may think quality land is out of reach for them, but that is entirely not the case. We understand that cost is a barrier for many people when considering the purchase of land. That is why we accept various Owner Financing options for those who don't want to buy outright, or want to leverage their income to finance multiple properties concurrently.
The Breakdown
After full purchase, we will mail the Deed to the county for recording and you will receive your deed in 4 to 8 weeks ( it can be sooner or later depending on county processing time). If you opt for the Owner-Financing option, by law, you have all rights to the purchased land upon the contractual agreement's recording. Make sure to do your due diligence and check with your prospect land's county about any information you may require in regards to zoning, building, septic, connection, etc. We will help you with any additional information we are able to provide.
Financing Schedule options
We offer low downpayment owner financing, starting at as low as $200 downpayment.
For Example a $2500 property here are your options:
- Option 1 - $2500 full cash price ( No Downpayment Required ).
- Option 2 $3600 @ $200 per month for 18 months.
- Option 3 $4700 @ $100 per month for 47 months.
- Subject to the size of and cost of the subject property, we can work with what you can afford on a fixed monthly owner-financing payment plan.
